P Is For Pumpkin

Yes, I know I mostly talk about art projects, crafts, and photography on this blog, but today I decided to continue talking about the orange colored fruit that I baked yesterday.  Remember what letter it started with?  It started with the letter p for pumpkin, and it was quite a large one weighing in at thirteen pounds.  I want to show you what it looked like after I baked it and then scooped out its insides to make a pumpkin puree.

I wash the organic pumpkin seeds and put these on a paper towel to dry.
